The referred (new customer) must book with referrer’s (previous customer) name listed at the time of booking and cannot be added to an order after the first 48hrs. Payout to the referrer will be processed 48hrs after the event service order is closed and completed. Payment payout methods are Referral Service Credit(RSC) or a gift card. Referral credit can be applied to a future booking(s) up to 60 days after issued date or converted to a gift card.
Unlimited referral incentives; if multiple referral service credits are received in one year; you can redeem 10 at once for an 2hr event or $150 gift card.
* Exclusions: Premium Add-On’s are not included with the redemption of Referral Service Credit(RSC). However, can be added to a booking for an additional cost if there’s an unreserved date available at the time of booking. Gift card payment cannot be used to book an appointment once the funds are transferred.

No, we do not allow personal props in the proximity or on the platform due to liability restrictions to prevent injury, unless approved prior to event.
If there is a special request for props, it must be approved during the reservation process. Bookings with customized props must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to event date. Prices may vary and can be found on personalized invoice.
* No refunds for customized props if booking is cancelled after the first 24hrs of reservation order being placed. This is due to production cost and labor.
To be a vendor listed on JB’s Infinite Sights(JIS) as a collaborator(your company) please email all inquires to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be given if your company had been posted passed the initial 24hrs. Please be advised, being listed as an affiliate will be added to all platforms; Instagram, Facebook and the company’s website. Also, being listed as a collaborator does not guarantee bookings.
Each listing is on a month to month basis and can be renewed at the end of every 30 days. To renew your posting as a collaborator an invoice will be sent via email or text 3 days prior to the 30th day. Automatic payments are not allowed!
JIS allows the collaborator to resolve customer’s concerns within 24-48 business hours and will review both party’s concern, if needed. If a customer is dissatisfied with services rendered or practices outside of your policy, JIS reserve the right to remove your company from all platforms immediately without notice to prevent negative impact reflecting on JIS. No refund will be provided whatsoever!
Yes, JIS offer 1 nonprofit charitable event once every 6 months. To enter, company must have the following: EIN listed as a Nonprofit Business and must submit application via email; email@example.com. At the time of selection the company must book within 24 hrs of credit issuance. If not received JIS have the right to void credit and move to second place participant. Bookings are not available during blackout dates. Please provide 3 dates with the first being listed as the most desired and the third being being the least.
