Refunds/ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- Full refund if rescheduled or cancelled 48hrs after booking processed.
(12 hour grace period) no exceptions after this period!
- Partial refund if rescheduled or cancelled any time after 72hrs (50% of deposit forfeited) for missed opportunities.
- No refund given if cancelled 48hrs prior to event date and no reschedule opportunity.
(If customized products included in booking, fees will be applied to cover production cost)
- In the event there must be a reschedule due to weather and other unforeseen events, client must contact us by phone and email to prevent forfeiting deposit. However, next event must be scheduled within 1 week from reschedule notice. Credit is transferrable once and will be active for 2 months only. Otherwise, deposit will be forfeited 100%
