Referred (new customer) must book with referrer’s (person who inform you) name listed at the time of booking and cannot be added to an order after the first 72hrs. This must be completed prior to referrer receiving referral fee and will be paid once the event is completed. Referral credit can be applied to a future booking up to 60 days after issued date or converted to a $25 gift card. Unlimited referral incentives; if multiple referral credits received in one year; you can redeem 10 at once for an 1hr/30min event or $240 gift card.

No, we do not allow personal props in the proximity or on the platform due to liability restrictions to prevent injury. If you have a special request for props it must be submitted in application during booking. Bookings with specialized props must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to event date. (no refunds for specialized props if booking is cancelled due to production cost/labor). Price varies and can be found on personalized invoice.  

To become an  listed on JB’s Infinite Sights, LLC (JIS) please email all inquires to jbsinfinitesights@gmail.com. No refunds will be given if company been posted passed the initial 24hrs. Please be advised, being listed as an affiliate will be added to all platforms (Instagram, Facebook & Website) and do not guarantee bookings. Each listing is on a month to month basis and can be renewed at the end of every 30 days or cancelled at anytime. Automatic payments not allowed! JIS allows the affiliate to resolve customer’s concerns within 24/48 business hours and will review both parties concerns. If a customer is dissatisfied with services rendered that isn’t listed within your policy available to public JIS will remove the company from all platforms immediately without notice or refund to prevent it from reflecting negatively on JIS. 

Yes, JIS offer 1 nonprofit/ charitable event once every 6 months. To enter, company must have the following: EIN listed as a charity or Nonprofit Business and must submit application via email; jbsinfinitesights@gmail.com. At the time of selection the company must book within 24 hrs of credit issuance. If not received JIS have the right to void credit and move to second place participant. Bookings not available during blackout dates. Please provide 3 dates with the first being listed as the most desired and the third being being the least.
